Grace Carroll is training manager at the Yale Center for Emotional Intelligence. As a part of the School Initiatives team, she manages RULER conferences and trainings while engaging with administrators, teachers, coaches, and consultants. She has worked with many schools and districts to support the implementation and evaluation of RULER. Grace has contributed to the Center’s communications and curricula on RULER and the Seedlings Institute for Educational Leaders. She moved to New Haven in 2014 after working in development for a global non-profit located in Lakeside, Montana. Grace earned her B.S. degree at Vanderbilt University with a major in Child Development and minor in Medicine, Health, and Society. She is particularly interested in adolescent development and is currently pursuing a M.A. in Mental Health Counseling at Nyack’s Alliance Graduate School of Counseling.
